We've had a two week spring break here, so I haven't been around the blogosphere much. Congratulations on your win. Wow! An old friend, Duncan Shields, was in NYC from Vancouver last year competing at a slam poetry event. My niece-in-law to be is another slam poet who goes by the name Magpie Ulysses - both are available to view on Youtube should you ever be interested!
