they break upon us,
threatening to scatter our line,
but holding firm
we fire staccato bursts of laughter...
pop
pop
pop
...until the day is won.

just having a bit of fun. this was a bubble pit the fire department created for a local festival...the waves were three feet over my head at one point...what can you say in 160 characters? (spaces included) say it, and go see Monkey Man.

Never heard of a bubble pit. Looks like fun though.
You always find a way to stumble into good clean fun.
Looks a lot like the Snowfest put on here in South Florida in the winter. I've never participated myself, but my daughter did it once. I guess that says something about how much she liked it. To each his own. :)

I've never heard of a bubble pit. However, one time my son dumped a bunch of bubble bath into the jacuzzi tub. He turned the jets on had waves and waves of bubbles cascading out of the tub and onto the floor. :o)
Man wish my fire department would do that. *smiles*
Sunday 160: Almost New Room
love the title, the sentiment expressed, and nice bit of advice too - a 160 I must take to heart. Thank you!
Oh, very cool. I'm glad you told us what the picture was. It looked an awful lot like my basement the first time one of the kids did laundry.
Bubble pit!?

Wow, I've never been in a bubble pit. I've been in a ball pit and a sponge blocks pit. Didn't like either too much. The sponge block stuff was I allergic to.
