This morning she was your typical housewife. That seemed like so long ago. She finds herself tied to a chair, surrounded by militants. Is she worried? No, just waiting on the cavalry.
In a nod to James Bond or maybe Maxwell Smart, Brazilian designer Lucia Lorio introduces women's lingerie containing a global positioning device, while patents have been filed in Illinois for underwear that can also function as an air-filtration system in case of chemical attack. (or maybe it is really the catalyst of the chemical attack...darn bean burritos.)
Seriously, GPS in your underwear? Sounds more like a trust issue. "Hey honey, I got it for you because I didn't want anything to happen to you..." Funny thing, trust. You have to wonder, how did it get to this point?
We're never so vulnerable than when we trust someone - but paradoxically, if we cannot trust, neither can we find love or joy. -Walter Anderson
Thanks to News of the Weird for the inspiration on this one. For your accountability, I would not Google or go to the Lucia Lorio website.

wow-what a device...trust has to be earned. You can't demand it. I'm afraid this new gps is all about control, rather than trust. That never works in healthy relationships.
i use it, only because there's a strange old man living in the woods behind my house... and he delights in training squirrels to break into my house, scamper up to my room, and steal my GPS undies... then hiding them all around the 757. it's not my favorite type of scavenger hunt (i prefer geocaching, look it up if that word is foreign to your brain)... but hey, when life gives you a mischievious old man & some squirrels... make lemonade. wait.... that's not how it goes...
Honey, your underwear is beeping. Oh, don't worry, that's not my underwear. Those serve as an emergency floatation device.
I'm speechless.
What if you wife doesn't wear....
never mind.
He went there...
