Miller Lite

Fifteen weeks ago, I set out on a journey, not knowing what to expect. One week in, I was already sliding in the wrong direction. Did I have what it would take? Would it be worth it?Tonight we will find out in the grand finale of the Biggest Loser competition.

What I do know...my clothes don't fit...I am on the last hole in my belt...I feel really good. I did my final weigh in this morning...drumroll...from 217...to 190.2. Twenty-seven pounds! Jamey witnessed the early weigh in last night of 189.8, but that was on the house scale.

Now comes the real challenge, keeping it off! And getting some new clothes!

Brian, we are living in a kooky parallel existence. I am in the throes of trying to lose weight too. I started exercising in July. The more I exercised the more my weight went up. I was at 218 lbs on Thanksgiving and something happened, quite unexpected and unexplained. I started losing weight. To foster the weight loss, I started South Beach nearly 2 weeks ago. I am now down to 208 lbs and still losing. My goal is 195 lbs. I too hope to be an even bigger loser than I am today!

Congrats on the weight loss! I've been working on it myself and it does feel good to get back to weights you once knew, huh?

Thanks! It has taken diligence. The moving of the belt loops was the best feeling. About 6 years ago I weighed the most ever at 235 and lost quite a bit. Getting lazy I had gained back over that time period.

Hang with it Daniel, I look forward to celebrating with you as well!
